#FRIDAYFACT
Teacher's Resources
#FridayFact is a cross-curricular resource supporting children and young people as they explore their identity in relation to colonialism and its legacies.
Centering around a commissioned film by artist Holly Graham, the resource pack includes lesson plans and supporting materials for workshops that engage KS2 learners in creative inquiry.
Activities touch on themes of movement, migration, storytelling, sugar, slavery, culinary culture, racism and the Black Lives Matter Movement. The workshops include printmaking, painting, creative writing and bookbinding, which result in a class publication.
