The Threadbare Collective
The Threadbare Collective is a curators’ collective that analyses the support systems generated by artistic practice. Our work traverses live events, workshops, spatial installation, radio and archiving. We incorporate architectural practice through folly building, constructing collaboratively with local communities and up-cycled materials. Threadbare interacts with community history and artist archival works to ask the question, who does art serve? And how can we best employ support structures to allow rest and care practices to flourish?
