FAMILY WORKSHOPS: STAY AND PLAY
Join us for our Stay and Play session as part of Goldsmiths CCA’s exhibition, Unruly Bodies.
The Stay and Play session will begin with a guided tour around the Gallery spaces for Parents and Carers. The tour will consider undiscussed bodily states and periods of transition through moving between art by Camille Henrot, Ebecho Muslimova, and Miriam Cahn. Parents will then have a chance to reflect on these topics and through a relaxed environment, with refreshments.
Children will take part in an interactive guided tour, exploring the body relative to space and history through sculpting and print making as they unpack the works of Anna Perach, Galli, and Giulia Cenci. They will then be provided with materials to create a moving collage, with examples of Frida Orupabo’s work as their main reference point.
This event is open to all and particularly suitable for those with children from the age of 5 upwards.
